Introduction

Welcome to our platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by Paradigm Shift International ("PSI"), a nonprofit organization, and BRIJ, a mobile/web application operated by Trust Me Bro, Inc. ("TMBI").

PSI provides decentralized digital identification, identity verification, and universal basic income distribution. TMBI operates BRIJ, which provides the application interface for custodial wallet services, social media features, digital marketplace, and content hosting.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use these services. By using PSI or BRIJ services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

The Social Contract

Our community is built on shared values, not just legal agreements. By joining PSI, you agree to uphold our Social Contract - a living document that defines who we are and what we're building together.

You can read the current version here. It evolves through community governance as we grow. These aren't just rules - it's our foundation.

Tokenomics

MUNNY is our primary cryptocurrency, distributed as universal basic income to all verified members. We're also developing additional tokens that recognize different forms of value contribution beyond simple financial transactions.

These aren't speculative assets - they're tools for building an alternative economy. We take seriously the responsibility of managing a monetary system, which is why verification requirements exist.

PSI Services: Identity and Verification

Registration

To access our services, you must register for a decentralized identity with PSI. During registration, you will be required to provide certain information, including but not limited to your name, email address, password, country of residence, and referral code.

Why We Need Verification

We're not asking for ID because we love bureaucracy. We ask because:

1. Legal compliance: AML/KYC regulations exist. We follow them.
2. Network integrity: Bots and duplicate accounts break the UBI model.
3. Community trust: Verified humans build stronger networks.

We verify the minimum necessary and work toward systems where you control your own identity credentials.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

PSI Services: Custodial Wallet Key Custody

Digital Asset Custody

PSI maintains custody of cryptographic keys associated with your decentralized identity. BRIJ provides the application interface that allows you to store, send, receive, and manage digital assets. By using wallet services, you authorize PSI to hold custody of your private keys on your behalf.

Ownership of Digital Assets

You retain ownership of your digital assets. PSI acts as custodian of the cryptographic keys and will hold them in accordance with these Terms.

Dormant Accounts

If your account becomes dormant (as defined by applicable regulations), we may be required to treat your digital assets as unclaimed property. After the legally required holding period, unclaimed digital assets may be donated as permitted by applicable law.

PSI Services: Universal Basic Income

As part of PSI's commitment to economic inclusion, PSI provides universal basic income in cryptocurrency form to all verified users. The amount, frequency, and type of cryptocurrency distributed may change over time. Receipt of universal basic income is subject to continued compliance with these Terms and the Social Contract.

BRIJ Services: Content and Conduct Standards

Your Content Rights

You may generate, post, and share content through BRIJ. You retain all intellectual property rights in your content.

By posting content, you grant TMBI the permissions needed to operate a global platform: displaying your posts to users worldwide, storing them permanently on servers and blockchain infrastructure, translating them for accessibility, and making technical modifications like resizing images. TMBI won't use your content for marketing or other purposes beyond platform operation without your permission.

Content Sharing Rules

To protect privacy and community trust:

• You can share your own content anywhere you want - you own it
• You cannot share other people's content outside the platform without their permission
• We won't share your content outside the platform for marketing without asking you first

Prohibited Content

You agree not to post or share content that:

• Involves child exploitation or abuse in any form
• Promotes nazism, fascism, or similar ideologies
• Promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
• Contains illegal material or promotes illegal activities
• Constitutes harassment, bullying, or threats
• Infringes upon the rights of others
• Contains malicious software or code
• Constitutes spam or unsolicited commercial content
• Violates others' privacy through doxxing or sharing personal information

Prohibited Activities

Don't be that person. You agree not to:

• Use the services for any illegal purpose
• Use bots, automation, or data scraping tools
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent platform rules or game the UBI system
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the services
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities (report them instead - we offer bug bounties)
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Engage in scams, fraud, or deceptive practices
• Share content from BRIJ with external parties (what happens on BRIJ stays on BRIJ)

Violate these and we'll take action proportional to severity: TMBI may issue warnings, suspend BRIJ access, or remove content; PSI may blacklist your identity verification or freeze/confiscate tokens; either may pursue legal action. We're building something good here - don't wreck it.

BRIJ Services: Digital Marketplace

Transactions

The BRIJ digital marketplace allows users to buy, sell, and trade digital assets. TMBI processes transactions and batch processes them to the blockchain. All transactions are governed by the terms of the applicable smart contracts.

Transaction Fees

TMBI charges a 0.5% fee on all transactions conducted through the marketplace. This fee is automatically deducted from the transaction amount. All collected fees are used to raise and maintain the value of MUNNY, our platform's cryptocurrency.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes between users regarding marketplace transactions will be resolved according to the rules specified in the relevant smart contracts, which may include arbitration as a last resort.

No Refunds

TMBI does not offer refunds for purchases made through the marketplace. However, users may recoup value by reselling purchased items through the marketplace.

Termination and Enforcement

PSI and TMBI each reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to their respective services at their discretion for violation of these Terms or the Social Contract, with consequences as described above. PSI may blacklist your identity verification (removing our stamp of approval without deleting your DID). TMBI may suspend BRIJ access or remove content.

Limitation of Liability

We're building revolutionary financial infrastructure. That's exciting but comes with risks. Crypto can be lost. Bugs happen. Systems fail. We work hard to prevent problems, but we can't guarantee perfection.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PSI and TMBI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on BRIJ
• Any content obtained from our services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Loss of digital assets due to user error, forgotten passwords, or phishing attacks

This limitation shall not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• The services will meet your requirements
• The services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using our services will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained through BRIJ will meet your expectations

Taxes and Compliance

You are solely responsible for determining what, if any, taxes apply to your transactions through our services. It is your responsibility to report and remit the correct tax to the appropriate tax authority. We are not responsible for determining whether taxes apply to your transactions or for collecting, reporting, withholding, or remitting any taxes arising from any transactions. Render unto Caesar.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and we agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Florida.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide notice through our services or by other means. Your continued use of our services after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
